Do I need an AWS account?
No. JustSMTP runs its own SES infrastructure. You never see the AWS console.
What happens if I exceed my tier?
Sends keep going up to a 20% soft buffer, with a warning in the dashboard. After that, we start rejecting new messages with a clean 5xx until you upgrade.
Do you support dedicated IPs?
Yes, on Pro and above. We handle the warm-up schedule and monitor reputation for you.
Is SMTP really all you do?
For now, yes — on purpose. A REST API and webhooks are on the roadmap right after launch.
What about inbound email?
Not yet. We're outbound-only for v1 so we can do one thing properly.
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime, directly from the billing page. Pro-rated refunds on annual plans.
